TAT Israel located in Qiryat Gat, Israel.
TAT Israel is a diversified technology-based engineering and industrial company specializing in design, development and manufacture of Heat Exchangers, Cooling Systems, Cold Plates, Vapor-Cycle Air Conditioning Systems (for both land and airborne applications) flow accessories, etc.
Another facet of our activities is manufacture and overhaul of Secondary and Emergency Power Systems for F16, Jet Fuel Starters for F16, Fuel Controls, Turbines and Valves etc. We also design and manufacture Air Conditioning and NBC Systems for military and civil applications such as communication shelters, armored vehicles in various configurations for custom applications. The company employs about 210 employees.

Mr. Liron Topaz

Mr. Liron Topaz has been in TAT since 2017 when served as TAT’s Sales and Marketing Executive Vice President. Prior to joining TAT, Mr. Topaz served as Vice President at A.L. GROUP and has managed and lead the business development
structure and marketing strategy of the entire group including four manufacturing facilities, five trading companies around the globe and 1500 employees.
Mr. Topaz holds a B.A. in Management and Economics from the Open University-Israel, and M.B.A in Business administration from Peres Academic Center, Israel. -
Mr. Bar Podoler

TAT Israel’s Director of Operations. Mr. Podoler previously served in different operational positions in TAT Technologies group both in Israel and the US. Mr. Podoler holds a B.A. in Economics from Ben-Gurion University and MA in middle east studies from Tel-Aviv university.

Mrs. Revital Lavi has been in TAT since 2020 as TAT’s Purchasing Manager. She was appointed Supply Chain director in June 2022.
Mrs. Lavi has over 20 years of experience in Logistics, purchasing and supply chain and holds CPLM certification from TESI. -
Mrs. Rinat Nagelshtien

Mrs. Rinat Nagelshtien was appointed HR Director in February 2022. Prior to her appointment, Mrs. Nagelshtien served as HR manager in industrial and hi-tech global companies.
Mrs. Nagelshtien holds a B.A. in Social science from the Open University and MA in labor studies from Tel-Aviv University. -
Mr. Robert Iancu

Mr. Iancu holds an MSc in mechanical engineering. He is a 6-Sigma black belt and is OPEX/Lean trained. He joined Turbochrome in 2001 as a project engineer and was appointed chief engineer in 2005. Mr. Iancu assumed the crucial role of QA director in 2011.

Mr. Haim Pines

Mr. Pines joined the company in 1978 as a technician and was shortly thereafter appointed leading foreman. In that capacity, Mr. Pines headed the planning, design and inauguration of the company’s current facility in Kiryat Gat, 1997. Mr. Pines has since been the company’s director of environment, health and safety.

Malka holds 20 years of experience in the industry in various roles: PV. Advanced Manufacturing Division at Israel Innovation Authority, VP Engineering at Intel Israel, CEO in Metal industry; VP R&D in Israel Chemicals industry . She managed global teams in complex technological operations, and led significant organizational processes while engaging people to success.
Malka holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She was elected to represent Israel in a leadership program for the new generation at the IWF International Women Forum.
